Tib Tib Shop is a superfood beverage and lifestyle brand inspired by the richness of African cultures, flavors, and rituals. We craft signature superfood blends, teas, coffees, and nutrient-dense cookies that nourish both the body and spirit—honoring the stories behind every ingredient.

The Heart Behind Tib Tib
Founded by two cousins—Semmi and Kiki—Tib Tib was born in tribute to our grandmother, a farmer from Eritrea. In Tigrinya (a language commonly spoken in Eritrea, Sudan, and Ethiopia), “tib tib” means “drip drop”—a nod to both her nickname and the quiet rhythm of good things brewing. Her legacy lives on in every sip, every bite, and every small-batch blend we make.

A Flavor Journey Across Continents
What began with a single chai blend in New York and D.C. cafés has evolved into a global offering. We’ve hosted café pop-ups from Toronto to Stockholm, and we’re now based in London—serving bold cookie flavors like Matcha Glow and Lion Chaga Chip alongside our signature superfood powders, all inspired by different regions in Africa. 

Vibrant Rituals, Sustainable Intentions
Our company motto, “Do good. Be good.” comes from our grandmother and remains the mission behind our brand. In many African cultures, a good conversation doesn’t begin until coffee or tea is served. That ritual is our starting point. At Tib Tib Shop, we do things with care—sourcing responsibly, using eco-conscious packaging, and designing products that are as sustainable as they are beautiful.
